A little over a year ago, my family began eating healthier. We have had a great year of feeling better, losing weight, and having more energy. As I contemplate Monday Meals for this fall, I am revamping the menu to offer healthier meals. I want to share with my clients some of the healthy habits that my family is enjoying. I will still include the occasional casserole, but I will use reduced fat ingredients, when available, and make them a bit healthier. When a recipe traditionally calls for ground beef, I will substitute ground turkey. I will roast or steam most vegetables and use a bit of olive oil. Dessert will still be optional.
Cost will increase slightly. A small meal (serves 2-3) will be $25 and $30 with dessert. A medium meal (serves 4-6) will be $45 and $53 with dessert.
Please review the fall menu and let me know when you’d like to get started with Monday Meals!

Hey Amanda, one question on the Monday Meals, when you sign up, do you have them Every Monday, or do you just choose a Monday here and there?
Thanks, Tina
